Retired Major United States Marine Corp (USMC)
Recipient of the Bronze Star with Valor
“I have had the privilege of hearing Sean Quinlan speak on the topic of leadership effectiveness on two occasions. In both situations, it was clear that Sean spent time prior to his presentation to understand his audience. As a result, he was very successful in his ability to connect with both groups in a manner that produced engaged and attentive participants. Sean brings has an incredible passion about leadership when he speaks, and he uses his life experiences as a way to share this passion. His storytelling is timely, insightful, and always connects to key points about a specific area of leadership he is presenting. His views of leadership are relevant, and he brings them to life through his ability to interact with his audiences and speak to them vs. above them. Feedback I have received from participants after his presentations has been quite positive, and as a result, I plan to request Sean to speak at future leadership sessions that I will be facilitating in my consulting practice. ” ~Gary Walljasper, Partner – Carlson Group, Wes Des Moines, Iowa
